    Security Officer

    The Security Officer supports the development and execution of security strategies to protect FrieslandCampina WAMCO’s people, assets, and operations. The role is critical to supporting security operations, risk management, investigations, and compliance, ensuring a safe and secure environment that supports business continuity and operational excellence.

    What we Ask

    • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law, Military Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline
    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in corporate security, risk management, law enforcement, military, or a similar security leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, crisis management, and regulatory compliance
    • Experience managing security service providers and coordinating with law enforcement agencies
    • Proven ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and business continuity plans
    • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and people management skills
    • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities
    • Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an added advantage

    Customer and Territory Sales Manager

    Manages sales activities across channel within the region; drive regional sales performance & customer development in line with the company strategy. Undertake administrative and execution leadership to oversee day to day business activities of the Key Business Partners, including management of the field sales force to achieve distributor and sales force development.

    What we Ask

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
    • 6–10 years’ experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, with strong exposure to distributor and territory management
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth across regions
    • Strong experience in distributor management, field sales force leadership, and retail execution
    • Good understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and route-to-market strategies
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in digital tools, reporting, and business insights generation
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to manage budgets, credit risks, and deliver operational excellence
