Sales Support Executive at Cybervergent

Job Summary

• Responsible for responding to customer complaints and questions, making sure orders are processed on time and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
• Responsible for Identifying potential clients, maintaining order databases and updating prospect lists.

Job Duties

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Generate and prepare accurate and timely price quotations for customers based on their requirements and pricing guidelines.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information. Resolve issues and escalate to the sales team or other departments as necessary.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.
• Generate sales reports and analytics to support the sales team’s strategies.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
• Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events. Provide support for marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Ensure all sales documents and contracts are accurately filed and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years work experience.
