    Sales Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team.
    • This role involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team achieves its goals.
    • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for training and coaching the sales team, developing sales strategies, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
    • The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, skilled in sales techniques, and has a strong leadership ability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, including setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and sales skills.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting individual development plans for team members.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities and improve sales performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer service.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining team performance and market trends.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure the accuracy of sales data and maintain customer records in the company's CRM system.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
