About the Role

Dr Seyi Absolute Wellness | Vitanura is looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently met. This role plays a key part in expanding our market presence and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and client outreach  
• Manage and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance and accountability  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales approaches as needed  
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients  
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with overall business goals  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes  

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Social Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field  
• 3–5 years’ experience in product sales, with proven track record in strategy development and lead generation  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable plans  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
