    Sales Specialist - Credit and Loan

    Our client operates in the finance sector with a record of providing credit & loan, treasury, business advisory etc. to individuals and SMEs.

    We hope to fill the position below with exceptional talent with a proven record of successfully delivering on performance goals and suitable for our clients business.

    Responsibilities

    • Grow the existing risk asset portfolio in line with the company’s strategy
    • Identify, develop and anticipate relationship with customers within the individual and SME segments
    • Manage existing client portfolios as well as develop new business opportunities from existing clients by deepening their portfolios
    • Leverage on the company’s existing relationships by developing referral opportunities.
    • Generate new leads to be converted to sales and ensure customer retention
    • Coordinate client’s credit approval process, managing information flow between the organization and client and ensure that all credit follows the prescribed approval process.
    • Ensure a complete, accurate and balanced assessment of risk in the credit approval presentation.
    • Ensure clear communication between the company and the client is maintained and that internal approvals are consistent with client expectations
    • Ensuring compliance with related policies especially credit policy
    • Ensure that all documentations are complete and consistent with the internal approval and properly executed and filed.
    • Ensure quality and timely service delivery within customers’ expectations
    • Prepare call memos and progress reports on all clients.

    Requirement

    • 4+ years’ experience in as a Credit or Loan Sales Specialist within the financial services industry with a proven track record of exceeding targets
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Street-smart and experienced in deploying different initiatives to generate lead and retain clients
    • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
    • Exceptional project management skills
    • Good knowledge of CRM and Microsoft packages
    • Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
