    Sales Representatives (Household Plastics)

    Summary

    • The Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving sales by achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and managing the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
    • Key duties include participating in promotions, monitoring market trends, onboarding new customers, liaising with finance customers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
    • Strong communication skills and industry knowledge are essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve designated sales targets
    • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups
    • Record and report progress of all inquiries, including business trends, inquiry conversion ratios, future sales projections, and other reports as directed by management
    • Actively engage in sales promotions and marketing activities
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Adhere to established price policies
    • Update and maintain the customer database
    • Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries
    • Follow up with existing customers to generate referral prospects
    • Adhere to the fundamental sales process laid down by Dana Plast Limited
