Job brief

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our boutique team.
• The ideal candidate will drive sales, provide an exceptional shopping experience, and help maintain the boutique’s visual and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice and product information.
• Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards, including product displays and stock presentation.
• Handle cash, cards, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory, restock items, and conduct periodic stock checks.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Assist in organizing sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Report daily sales, customer feedback, and inventory updates to management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth boutique operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; additional education in Retail, Sales, or Fashion is a plus.
• Prior retail or boutique sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.
• Strong sense of style, attention to detail, and visual merchandising awareness.
