Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative specializing in corn derivatives, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a deep understanding of FMCG dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to expand sales territory.
• Present, promote, and sell corn derivative products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends in corn derivatives.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to represent the company.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, marketing promotions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG sector minimum of 2 Years.
• Strong knowledge of corn derivatives and their applications.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. 
• Professional Association membership will be an added advantage
