    Sales Representative (Abia)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell the company’s products within Abia State.
    • We are seeking a skilled, reliable, efficient employee to join our growing organization in the capacity.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell the company’s products to distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and end users within assigned territories.
    • Identify and develop new customer accounts and business opportunities.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
    • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at customer outlets.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
    • Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely debt recovery where necessary.
    • Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
    • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations for product and service improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory movements.

    Required Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
    • Good knowledge of the Abia State market and surrounding territories.
    • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting tools.
    • Ability to travel frequently within assigned locations.
    • Must possess integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
