    Pay: 100,000.00 (NGN) - 150,000.00 (NGN) per month

    Applicants must reside in the following areas:

    • Oniru
    • Lekki Phase 1
    • Marwa
    • Elf Bus-stop
    • Ikate Elegushi

    You will not be considered for the role if you live outside the above specified areas.

    You will be responsible for managing and supervising other order fulfillment officers while also assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
    • Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery partners to streamline the fulfillment process.
    • Issue Resolution: Resolve order fulfillment issues, such as delays, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy and fulfillment time.
    • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
    • Data Analysis: Generate reports on order fulfillment KPIs and performance metrics.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Problem-solving abilities.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
    • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service.

    Example Scenarios:

    • Resolving a Delivery Delay:If a customer reports a delay, the officer would investigate the reason, update the manager on the situation, and work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue.
    • Managing an Inventory Shortage:If a product is out of stock, the officer would notify relevant parties, explore alternative solutions, and ensure the customer is informed of the delay or alternative options.
    • Improving Fulfillment Accuracy:The officer would identify areas where errors occur, implement quality control measures, and track performance to ensure improvement.
