    Sales & Partnerships Manager

    We are recruiting a Sales & Partnerships Manager for our client that is a personalized learning platform for K-12 children. The jobholder will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to
    drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The jobholder will work closely with the marketing/branding and product teams to develop and execute growth initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute growth strategies: You will develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This will include identifying and testing new acquisition channels, optimizing conversion rates, and increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
    • Optimize data and monitor performance: You will use data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and to optimize marketing and sales campaigns. This will include tracking key metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. You will be expected to monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition and retention rates, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value. You will also provide regular updates to the executive team on the status of growth initiatives.
    • Drive school sales and growth: You would need to develop and execute a growth strategy that drives new school sales and expands revenue from existing schools. You would also need to collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target new customer segments, and create effective messaging and campaigns to reach them. You have to be able to analyze market trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform product and pricing strategies that drive growth. Most importantly, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators and decision-makers, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth initiatives. This will include collaborating on marketing campaigns, optimizing the sales funnel, and developing and launching new products or features.
    • Identify and test new acquisition channels: You will identify and test new acquisition channels to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth. This will include identifying new advertising and marketing channels, testing new messaging and creative, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
    • Develop and maintain partnerships: You will identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy. You will also nurture and maintain relationships with current partners to ensure long-term success and mutual benefits. The ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnerships are integrated effectively across all aspects of the company. Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Establish a partnership pipeline and regularly report on progress to senior leadership.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and growth in a B2B sales environment in a telecommunications or startup company but preferably in the education sector.
    • Strong knowledge of the K-12 education market, including understanding of the decision-making process and buying behaviors of school administrators.
    • Knowledge of education software and technology is an added advantage.
    • Experience in developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, using a range of tactics including sales, marketing, and partnerships.
