Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HMO, insurance, or health-related sales and possess an established clientele network.
• This role requires a proactive professional who can drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in HMO, insurance, or health-related industries.
• Strong portfolio of existing clientele and ability to leverage networks for new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
