We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to join our automobile division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell a range of vehicles to potential customers through showroom visits, referrals, and field sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients to encourage repeat business.
Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
Prepare accurate sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain knowledge of current automobile models, specifications, and competitive offerings in the market.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Ensure exceptional customer service pre- and post-sale to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in automobile sales or related field.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
