Job Summary

• The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and strengthening brand visibility within the logistics and shipping sector.
• The role requires hands-on marketing experience, a strong commercial orientation, and the ability to build and maintain profitable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG, logistics, and shipping markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
• Support brand visibility initiatives, including digital and offline marketing activities.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements.

Performance Indicators

• Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Growth in client acquisition and retention.
• Increased brand visibility and market penetration.
• Timely delivery of accurate sales reports and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ practical experiencein sales or marketing within FMCG, logistics, or shipping industries.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Salary
N250,000 Net Monthly.
