    Sales Manager - Wound care & Endosurgicals

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / coordinator to lead our sales efforts in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on hospital surgical consumables & devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to promote our healthcare solutions and services to hospitals. The Sales Manager or coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving revenue targets.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for hospital medical consumables & devices.
    2. Identify and engage with key decision-makers within hospitals to understand their needs and promote our solutions.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, and other relevant personnel.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions based on hospital requirements.
    5. Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
    6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
    7. Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential hospital clients.
    8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with hospitals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
    9. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    10. Stay informed about industry regulations, healthcare trends, and advancements to align sales strategies accordingly.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences is a plus, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field could be considered but with higher experience in medical sales.
    2. Proven sales experience preferably in healthcare/Medical supplies is a MUST.
    3. Strong understanding of the hospital environment, including workflows, challenges, and decision-making processes.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
    5. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
    6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    7. Analytical skills to assess market trends, competition, and performance metrics.
    8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    9. Willingness to travel as needed.
