Sales Manager at Sygnite Power & Energy Solutions Limited

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and driving business growth in line with the company’s objectives.
• Candidates with prior experience in the renewable energy industry will be given strong consideration. 

 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. 
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of set goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of business objectives. 
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold professional standards in all sales activities.

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
• 3–5 years proven experience in sales management, business development, or a related role. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
• Must be based in Abuja. 
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
