Summary
- A reputable real estate company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive its sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
- 3 - 10 years experience in real estate sales or similar field.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Target driven and highly motivated.
