    Sales Manager (Real Estate)

    Summary

    • A reputable real estate company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive its sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
    • Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree 
    • 3 - 10 years experience in real estate sales or similar field.
    • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
    • Target driven and highly motivated.
