    Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    •  Identifying new markets and business opportunities to increase sales with regards to Products like Power Cable, Transformer, Conductor, and Hardware for Transmission Line Area.
    •  Help drive sales of equipment to local contractors and TCN/Distribution Company
    •  Responsible for B2B/B2C Sales across various vertical setting clear goals to meet targets.
    •  Representing the company in various industry specifics events and exhibitions.
    •  Conducting daily sales calls and arranging site inspection trips to client’s locations.
    •  Providing the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
    •  Participating in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or closing on business.
    •  Submitting daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to Line Manager.
    •  Doing everything else as assigned by your line manager.
    • Qualifications/ Requirements
    •  HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    •  Minimum of 10 -15 years’ work experience in B2B/B2C sales in the energy sector.
    •  Ability to drive sales of equipment to local contractors and TCN/Distribution Company
    •  Broad understanding of sales operations, closing sales and ability to meet sales targets.
    •  Excellent understanding of the Energy industry, consumer-oriented
    •  Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape

    Skills Required - Strong Analytical & problem-solving Skills, Strong organizational skills, Good Communication skills (written & oral), Display an orientation to profitability, Demonstration of the knowledge of market and competition, Ability to be decisive and make timely decisions etc…

    Salary – NI, 000,000.00 plus other Bonuses and benefits
