    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and target potential clients, including corporations, organizations, and individuals, through research, networking, and prospecting activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their travel needs and providing personalized solutions.
    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our agency's services and advantages to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.
    • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales manager or lead
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the travel industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the travel management industry, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, and travel technology.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
    • Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role is a plus.
