Sales Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Insurance , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
Job Requirements
- Must possess B.Sc / HND, OND, NCE in any discipline.
- 1 - 2 years years prior Experience in Insurance sales or banking is required
- CIIN Proficiency certificate is an Added advantage
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Good Presentation skill
- Ability to recruit, build, train and motivate a Team.
- A creative, forward thinker
- Good analytical , problem-solving skill and written interpersonal skills.
- Must be expressive and know how to make business sales pitch.
- Know how to handle objections and close deals.
- Generate quality leads and must have a high conversion dexterity.
- Smart, vibrant young men and women with minimum of 30 years of age.
Salary / Benefits
- N71,500 - N150,000 monthly.
- HMO
- Pension Scheme.
