Sales Manager at Custodian Insurance

Job Requirements

• Must possess B.Sc / HND, OND, NCE in any discipline.
• 1 - 2 years years prior Experience in  Insurance sales or banking  is required 
• CIIN Proficiency certificate is an Added advantage 
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities 
• Good Presentation skill 
• Ability to recruit, build, train and motivate a Team.
• A creative, forward thinker
• Good analytical , problem-solving skill and written interpersonal skills.
• Must be expressive and know how to make business sales pitch.
• Know how to handle objections and close deals.
•  Generate quality leads and must have a high conversion dexterity.
• Smart, vibrant young men and women with minimum of 30 years of age.

Salary / Benefits

•  N71,500 - N150,000 monthly.
