    Sales Manager

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.

    Job Summary

    The Sales Manager will help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Bringing new business deals to the company.
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    •  Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
    •  Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person.
    •  Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    •  Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    •  Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    •   Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
    •   Resolving key client issues and complaints.
    •   Developing a complete understanding of company’s products and services.
    •   Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
    •   Negotiating contracts with the client.
    •   Collaborating with the internal team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
    •  Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.

    Requirements

    • BSC/HND in relevant course
    • 5-10 years in B2B Sales & Development
    • IT Industry Market Knowledge is desirable
    • Target-oriented and passionate about achieving set goals
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
    • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
    • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
    • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
