Sales Manager - Anambra at Harmony Group

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by setting goals, developing sales strategies and implementing them so as to meet and exceed monthly target.
• Create and implement sales strategies that improves customer's experience and promote the brand.
• Monitor market trends and provide good market intelligence for potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related field.
• 1 - 5 years proven experience in commodity sales, preferably in building material or related industry
• Experience in commodity sales; in an open market will be of great advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel when required
• Must live within Ogidi and its environs.
