    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for following up on leads and converting them to clients, maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting effective sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
    • Follow up on generated leads and convert them into active clients.
    • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
