As a Sales Intern you will help the company sell its products by finding potential customers, reaching out to them, and supporting the sales team with everyday tasks. You will make phone calls, update customer records, and learn in the process.
Key Responsibility
Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce our loan products and services.
Identify and understand the client’s financial needs to suggest suitable loan options.
Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and ensure timely and effective conversion of leads to successful loan applications.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments to complete loan applications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback for management review.

Act as primary point of contact for customers’ enquiry by ensuring prompt and efficient responses.

Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2years previous experience in sales/marketing or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to speak fluently in English and Hausa is a plus
