    Sales Executive

    About the job

    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Wemabod Limited's property portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role involves executing sales strategies, promoting the company's properties, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and business development activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
    • Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and offer property tours when necessary.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and client feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
    • Assist in executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and organize events to attract potential buyers.
    • Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other events to increase brand visibility.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
    • Track and report on the progress of sales leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Property Management) to ensure that client requirements are met.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven minimum 3 years experience in property sales or a similar role within the real estate industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools is an added advantage.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
