    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Our client, a Business Technology Solutions company, is looking to hire a result-driven Sales Executive in Lagos to join their fast-growing team. 
    • As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
    • Your responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

    Responsibilities
    Sales Performance:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales techniques.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the team based on market analysis.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Nurture and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
    • Provide input to enhance sales strategies and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
    • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

    Adherence to Sales Processes:

    • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance and optimize sales processes.
