    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives in property development.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing to refine and implement market penetration and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
    • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting targets and KPIs to optimize performance and foster a results-oriented culture.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration within the team and across departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, handling negotiations, conflict resolution, and feedback.
    • Develop partnerships and networks to generate leads and establish a positive brand presence.
    • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving the team to exceed goals.
    • Oversee the development of pricing strategies and proposals that maximize revenue while staying competitive.
    • Analyze and report on sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies and improve team productivity.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and market shifts within property development.
    • Ensure the sales team has up-to-date information on products and services to communicate value effectively to clients.
    • Implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline customer interactions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecast data, and market feedback to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the property development or real estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
