Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Drive sales of BNS Tape and other product lines to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor intelligence and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in industrial sales, manufacturing, construction materials, hardware products, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Lagos markets and distributor networks.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
