Sales Executive Officer – Medical/Laboratory Equipment & Consumables at Biosafe Equipment Calibrations Limited

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of proven experience in sales of medical equipment and consumables, a passion for business development, and a strong ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets for medical and laboratory equipment and consumables.
• Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, universities, and healthcare facilities.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of medical/lab equipment and consumables, providing product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tender documentation in response to client and institutional procurement requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical/Health-related fields, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of demonstrable experience in selling medical and laboratory equipment and consumables is required.
• Strong industry knowledge and technical understanding of medical and Medical/laboratory equipment and consumables is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven passion for business development and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
