We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the banking/insurance sector.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth
Meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales in the banking/insurance sector
Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
