Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Lekki.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
• The Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales network, managing client accounts, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.

• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
