Sales Executive at JV Management Consulting

• We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, promoting the company's properties, and converting prospects into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Promote and market available properties to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations when required.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about property market trends and available listings.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales and activity reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND/B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years of sales experience; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and networking abilities.
• Must be confident, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven.
