    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Driving hotel revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. 
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leads, and contacts in the hospitality industry.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners. 
    • Conducting site inspections and presentations to showcase the hotel's facilities, services, and amenities. 
    • Negotiating room rates, contracts, and other terms with clients and partners. 
    • Creating and distributing sales materials, such as hotel brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborating with the Revenue Management team to optimize room rates and occupancy. 
    • Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
    • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
    • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 
    • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Participating in hotel sales meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay informed and share knowledge.
