We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the finance sector.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate loan and lease transactions for the company
Underwrite credit/credit proposals
Market all company products in risk asset
Establish and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams for timely processing of financial products
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
Ensure compliance with risk management protocols
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or numerate discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in financial institution (preferred)
Strong understanding of personal and business loan products
Proven credit analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High level of integrity, resilience, and tenacity
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards
Strategic thinking ability to identify opportunities
