Sales Executive at HR-on-Wheels

Job Summary

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an intelligent Sales Executive to help customers identify and purchase products they desire from the current inventory. The duties of the sales executive include liquidating the current inventory and inventory restocking management. The goal is to provide excellent sales disposition and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Responsibilities

• Excellently liquidate the current kids clothing’s and household items
• Actively ascertain customers’ immediate needs and wants
• Maintain excellent records documentation
• Manage the restocking of inventory by strategically reviewing the constant sales request.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Actively involved in the request and receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features, relevance, and benefits
• Manage all sales processes

Requirements

• OND/HND in related field
• Proficiency in English and calculations
• A self-starter with the zeal to nurture a business
• Good knowledge of all social media platforms as a sales channel
• High  level of accountability and integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A young, dedicated, confident, and engaging personality
• Basic administration skills
• Track record of achieving sales quota
