Sales Executive at ECLAT HR Consulting

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

• Actively source new leads through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals, cold calling, etc.). Identify and approach potential clients to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide personalized consultations, understanding their specific real estate needs and guiding them towards the most suitable property options.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position the company’s properties effectively in the market.
• Lead negotiations on behalf of the company and clients. Draft and present offers, handle counter-offers, and ensure smooth closing of deals. Ensure that all documentation, including contracts and agreements, is completed accurately and on time.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position the company’s properties effectively in the market.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, progress against targets, and market insights. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of contracts, compliance with legal requirements, and timely delivery of services to clients.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties effectively to prospective buyers. Highlight the features, benefits, and investment potential of properties, ensuring that clients understand the value proposition.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly, including contracts, agreements, and sales paperwork.

Actively participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and real estate expos to build relationships with potential clients, brokers, investors, and other industry professionals. Leverage these connections to generate leads and expand the company’s presence in the market.

Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on residential or commercial properties.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and real estate management tools.
