    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and visits to encourage repeat business and generate referral prospects.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate information to prospective customers.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales department.
    • Provide timely feedback to management on competitor activities, markettrends, and customer insights.
    • Participate actively in sales promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
    • Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals to customers and financial institutions for approval.
    • Conduct test drives for potential customers and ensure a positive experience that highlights the product’s key strengths and value.
    • Manage the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed accurately and deliveries are made as promised.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and ensure all customer feedback is documented and followed up appropriately.
    • Keep the customer data base up to date and submit daily and periodic sales reports on leads, enquiries, conversion ratios, and projected sales.
    • Meet vehicle sales target.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (automobile industry experience is an advantage).
    • Candidate should reside on the Island
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
    • Good reporting, organizational, and follow-upskills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Salary
    N110,000 - N130,000 / Month.
