    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through networking, Cold calling, and marketing efforts.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Showcase properties to potential clients (individuals, investors, or corporations).
    • Negotiate sales and purchase agreements.
    • Facilitate property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
    • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and company policies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and partners.
    • Identify business opportunities and propose new strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong market knowledge and industry insights.
    • Proven sales track record in real estate.
    • Proficiency in Excel.

    Other benefits:
