Sales Engineer - Intern at Rehlko

Job Purpose

• The Sales Engineer – Intern will support the sales team in identifying business opportunities, understanding customer needs, developing sales pipelines, and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals. This role is designed to give the intern practical exposure to technical sales, customer engagement, and business development within CENL’s compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in driving and achieving assigned sales targets within agreed timelines.
• Support the development and management of a sales pipeline with prospects that can be converted into successful sales.
• Participate in sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations as required.

Customer Engagement

• Work with the sales team to acquire a solid understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Support relationship management efforts for existing customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct follow-up activities with clients under the supervision of the Line Manager.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and key metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and sales processes.

Compliance & Internal Collaboration

• Champion CENL’s Compliance culture by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless execution of customer-related initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Line Manager.
