    • B.Sc:TlND in B. Engineering, or related degree
    • Minimum of 2 years experience (especially in B2B)
    • Communication Skills (Verbal & non-verbal, written, active listening)

    • Customer relationship management skills
    • Business Development, sales & after-sales Technical Skills
    • Adaptability Skills.
    • Problem solving Skills Has passion for selling
    • A person of reliable. efficiency, safety & innovation attributes
    • A results-driven, career minded individual - with a focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.
    • Positive and proactive attitude.
    • Excellent attention to detail and quality
    • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part ofa team.
    • Any certification / training on sales is an added advantages
    • Advanced MS Ollice Skills


    Business Development:

    • Identifying potential customers and developing new business opportunities for our products and services.

    Sales Planning:

    • Creating sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

    CustomerRelationship Management:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated with industry trends and advancements, and effectively communicating the value proposition to customers.

    Sales Presentations:

    • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposal and demonstrations to our potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products or services.

    Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and customer preferences, and using this information to develop effective sales strategies.

    Providing after Salesrrechnical Support:

    • Providing technical assistance and support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales stages, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
