We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional - Sales Enablement Manager join us at RedCloud.
The role-holder will play a crucial part in creation of sales content to support sales colleagues in their meetings and proposals so we would need someone with a creative mind and an eye and flair for creating engaging material.
The successful candidate report to the VP, Sales Enablement.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy with global leadership.
Collaborate closely with local sales leadership to identify key performance gaps and areas for improvement.
Support the local sales team in improving their sales processes, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their effectiveness in engaging prospects, handling objections, and closing deals.
Analyze sales performance metrics and data to identify trends and insights.
Foster collaboration and effective communication between cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales enablement efforts with broader business objectives.
Requirements
What we are looking for in a candidate:
A good background in sales enablement or a related role.
Good understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to translate them into practical enablement initiatives for local teams.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and solutions is highly desirable.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
