Sales/Customer Service Specialist at Metro Pro Movers Ltd

Location: Alimosho LGA, Lagos (Preferred)

Metro Pro Movers is seeking a motivated and reliable Sales / Operations Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, and assisting with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
• Support sales efforts and meet assigned sales targets
• Provide accurate information about company services
• Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks
• Maintain proper customer records and follow up as required

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred)
• Must be computer literate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently

Work Schedule

• 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₦250,000 per month (Sales role) or ₦125,000 per month (Operations/Customer Service role)
• Training Period (First Month): ₦100,000

Performance Bonuses:

• Available based on sales targets
• Note: Sales targets must be met for performance-based earnings.
