Job Description

The preferred candidate should be a Professional Female, between 24-32 years old with experience in a similar role.

She should be proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook.

The Ideal candidate should:

• Be able to work under pressure,
• Digital Marketing (skilled in Instagram, Facebook  , etc.)
• Basic Competency in data analysis (using  ERP or MS-Excel or others)  
• Have very good writing and oral communication abilities,
• Have superb interpersonal skills
• Have excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Have clear understanding of sales process and dynamics
• She should possess problem-solving skills and have a friendly and pleasant voice.

Responsibilities

The Job Responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

• Respond promptly to customer orders and enquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer’s complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Be able to favourably present the company’s products and be able to answer questions.
• Process order & new requests.
• Keep records of customers’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Interact with production and logistics team to guarantee product availability for clients
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information from the management by using the right methods/tools to the distributors or customers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with  3  - 5 years work experience.
