    Sales & Commercial Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
    • Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies.
    • Drive initiatives to enter new territories, channels, and customer segments.
    • Set regional sales targets and provide ongoing guidance to regional leads.
    • Collaborate with the Brand & Growth Manager to align sales with marketing plans.
    • Commercial & Revenue Management
    • Oversee pricing strategies, trade terms, and commercial agreements.
    • Monitor revenue performance, margins, and profitability.
    • Manage credit risk exposure and ensure timely collection of receivables.
    • Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain for product availability and delivery.
    • Leadership & Performance Reporting
    • Manage national sales teams, driving accountability and capability development.
    • Build strategic relationships with key distributors and partners.
    • Deliver sales performance reports and trend insights to the Managing Director.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 4 - 6 years progressive experience in sales leadership, commercial management, or FMCG/consumer goods
    • Proven track record managing regional or national sales teams and meeting/exceeding sales

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning skills
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales dashboards and reporting tools
    • Ability to manage regional stakeholders, distributor networks, andnational initiatives
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in representing the brand nationally
    • Willingness and ability to travel across regions as required for market expansion and distributor engagemen
