    Sales & Business Development Executive.

    Duties:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the management to develop proposals and presentations that align with clients' business needs and objectives.⁠⁠
    • ⁠Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
    • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Etc…

    Requirements:⁠⁠⁠

    • Bsc/Hnd in business administration, logistics or related fields.
    • 4 years and above* in shipping and logistics, with a strong background in freight forwarding.
    • ⁠Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.
    • ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • ⁠Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
    • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Etc…

    Salary: 150-250k with incentives and bonuses.⁠⁠
