    Sales, Business Development & Client Experience Executive

    Job Details

    Sales & Marketing 

    1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of BVCL services across target markets.
    2. Generate leads through various channels, including direct marketing, networking, and partnerships.
    3. Actively pursue prospective clients and convert them into loyal customers by pitching BVCL’s services.
    4. Manage sales pipelines, follow up with leads, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
    5. Utilize social media, digital marketing, and traditional marketing methods to promote services.

    Client Experience Management 

    1. Fulfill client orders and deliver exceptional service across all product lines.
    2. Ensure every interaction with BVCL leaves clients feeling valued and satisfied.
    3. Oversee the delivery of the BVCL vision, “You want it, we source it, you enjoy it,” for each customer.
    4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    5. Continuously gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.

    Product & Service Expertise 

    1. Familiarize yourself with BVCL’s portfolio of services, including:
      • Airport protocol and travel services.
      • Christmas hampers and holiday gifting.
      • Property concierge services.
      • Corporate concierge solutions.
      • Membership programs and benefits.
    2. Be proactive in recommending services based on client needs to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.

    Revenue Generation 

    1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
    2. Ensure services are delivered profitably by managing costs and maximizing the value provided to clients.
    3. Collaborate with management to identify new revenue opportunities and improve service delivery.

    Flexibility & Customer Focus 

    1. Be adaptable in your approach to meeting the varied needs of VIP clients.
    2. Place the customer first in all interactions while maintaining a balance between excellent service and profitability.
    3. Embrace challenges and provide creative solutions to meet unique client requests.

    Business Development

    1. Generate awareness through varied and innovative social media postings. 
    2. Target direct marketing of BVCL products to prospects and potentials
    3. Generate leads and create comprehensive list of prospects - corporate and individuals for targeted direct marketing with constant refresh of the list for ongoing sales pipeline
    4. Seasonal Product promotions and campaigns e.g. Christmas hampers – ensuring to promote the products and secure order
    5. Secure meetings with decision makers for presentation by BVCL
