    Sales Associates

    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Associate's primary responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. He/she will also be required to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the bank.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively approach customers to promote and sell the bank's products and services.
    • Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
    • Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
    • Drive the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities.
    • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
    • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required.
    • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
    • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems, including banking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
