    Sales Associate

    Job Summary;

    • Retention rate: Increase borrower retention rate by sustaining effective customer relations and solving customer pain points
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success in repayment and retention
    • Develop positive relationships with clients
    • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
    • Generate new customer acquisition strategies from the feedback of the existing customer networks to ensure sales increase
    • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
    • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
    • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
    • Monitor customer retention metrics MoM
    • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

    Requirements;

    • Proven 2+ years experience as a Sales account representative or Sales account executive
    • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
    • Knowledge of CRM software and Google suite or MS Office (Excel in particular)
    • Understanding of sales and retention performance metrics
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
    • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
