    Sales Associate

    Job Summary:

    • As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.
    • Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
    • This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding sales results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line support to customers
    • Drive Credit report usage in line with revenue targets
    • Identify and propose new products and new feature requests raised by customers.
    • Identify and nurture new market opportunities.
    • Identify and recommend user training opportunities.
    • Drive promotional/marketing campaigns.
    • Obtain competitive and market intelligence information on new trends, techniques, and practices.
    • Administer periodic customer surveys.
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Head, of Sales & Business Development.Requirements:

    Sales Skills:

    • Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous.

    Customer-Centric Approach:

    • A strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and providing exceptional service.

    Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.

    Adaptability:

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment, with the capacity to adapt to changing market conditions.

    Results-Driven:

    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Team Player:

    • Collaborative and willing to work with others to achieve common goals.

    Resilience:

    • The ability to handle rejection and persist in pursuing sales opportunities.

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
