We are seeking a result-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to support our automobile sales operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing marketing strategies, expanding our customer base, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote vehicles and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage vehicle display, test drives, and sales presentations to potential buyers.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Convert leads and close deals effectively.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote brand awareness.
Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve product offerings and services.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 - 3 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong communication, persuasive, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
